Channel Director Assistant

1. Administrative Support for Channel Management: Assist the channel manager in handling daily tasks, such as document organization, meeting scheduling, drafting meeting minutes, and following up on assigned tasks, to ensure the smooth progress of channel management.
2. Channel Partner Management: Maintain and update the information and files of channel partners, coordinate communication between the company and partners, promptly convey relevant policies and product information, and maintain a good cooperative relationship.
3. Sales process support: Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders and shipping progress, coordinate with relevant departments to resolve simple issues in the sales process, and assist in promoting the completion of orders.
4. Market and Data Support: Collect market trends, competitor information, and channel feedback, and compile relevant reports to provide basic data support for the formulation of channel strategies.
5. Promotion Activity Assistance: Assist in organizing channel promotion activities, including material preparation, on-site support, and post-event data collection, to ensure the smooth implementation of the activities.
6. Other auxiliary work: Complete other related tasks assigned by the channel manager or the sales and marketing department, and provide support for the overall development of the channel business.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, international trade, business administration or related fields is preferred. At least 2 years of relevant experience.
2. Diligent, meticulous, with a strong sense of responsibility, possessing excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of smoothly connecting with partners and various internal departments.
3. Proficient in using Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), capable of efficiently completing document organization and data statistics tasks.
4. Proactive, with strong learning ability, able to quickly adapt to the work pace, having good stress-resistance skills, and possessing a good sense of teamwork. Accepting frequent business trips
5. Candidates with a basic understanding of channel sales and partner management will be given priority.
