Art Director

The Senior Art Director is responsible for leading the visual design and creative direction of advertising and digital campaigns, ensuring that all materials produced are compelling, effective, and aligned with client objectives. The Senior Art Director works collaboratively with copywriters, designers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality advertising and digital materials across various platforms and channels. The Senior Art Director also ensures that all work meets established standards and deadlines, while also providing creative direction and guidance to junior designers.

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior/Junior Art Director with 2-7 years of proven ad agency experience to join our dynamic creative team doing ATL project/campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Leadership:

• Conceptualize and lead the development of innovative and compelling creative concepts for project campaigns.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the creative team, ensuring the highest standards of design excellence.

2. Storyboard Illustration and Graphic Design:

• Demonstrate mastery in storyboard illustration, creating narratives that effectively communicate project objectives.
• Produce cutting-edge graphic designs that align with brand guidelines and industry best practices.

3. Layout Execution:

• Oversee the execution of layouts with precision, focusing on visual hierarchy, typography, and overall design aesthetics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design elements seamlessly into comprehensive project campaigns.

4. Team Management:

• Manage and inspire a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Provide mentorship, feedback, and professional development opportunities for team members.

5. Strategic Thinking:

• Contribute to the development of overarching creative strategies and campaigns, aligning with business objectives.
• Play a key role in guiding brand evolution and maintaining brand consistency across various touchpoints.

6. Presentation Excellence:

• Present creative concepts persuasively to internal stakeholders and clients, articulating the strategic vision and design rationale.

7. Fast Learner, Critical Thinker, and Trendsetter:

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising, digital and visual design, sharing knowledge with the team and implementing new ideas where appropriate.

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, graphic design, visual communication, multimedia arts or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in a creative role in an advertising agency, digital agency or related industry, with a focus on visual design and art direction.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing expertise in storyboard illustration, graphic design, and layout execution.
• Proven track record in team management, leadership, and fostering a culture of creativity.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex design concepts clearly.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to campaign development and brand strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, think critically, and stay ahead of design trends.
