Job Requirements:
a. Devise and present ingenious ideas that transform into money; help the organization come up with work that are award-winning, memorable, inspiring and that truly help the clients achieve its interests
b. Represent the company in the utmost kick-ass manner
Participate intensely in all internal and external CSR initiatives of the company
c. Be relevant in meetings by being an expert in marketing communications, particularly in the visualization of a concept and the writing and crafting of words in an advertisement
d. Become an exemplar of human virtues and an engine of inspiration, positivity and creativity in the company
e. Win awards; win clients
f. Perform such other duties that are customary to the “Art Director” in an ad agency and carry out assignments that business exigencies may require.
