Japanese Bilingual Consultant

Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring & Evaluation : Listen to/read customer interactions (voice, chat, email) in both languages to assess quality, adherence to SOPs, and customer experience.
- Analysis & Reporting : Analyze quality scores, identify trends, report findings to team leads/management, and escalate critical issues.
- Coaching & Feedback : Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents in both languages to improve their performance and skills.
- Process Improvement : Identify gaps in processes, recommend solutions, and participate in quality-related projects to enhance service delivery.
- Linguistic Quality : Check for linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and native-like flow in UI text or communication.
- Troubleshooting : Handle first-line incidents or requests, troubleshoot application issues, and resolve complex customer/vendor problems.
Qualifications:
- Native or non native
- Amenable to work in Taguig City onsite
- Experience is advantage but not required
- Can speak Korean or Japanese fluently
