- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, email, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate product and platform information to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support.
- Handle technical, troubleshooting, and trading-related concerns (e.g., MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5).
- Take ownership of tasks and demonstrate proactive problem-solving.
- Be flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as required. What We’re Looking For
- Tertiary education (Diploma or higher).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese (written and verbal).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends if needed.
