- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate feedback to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Familiarity with US employment laws and regulations
