Description - Provide first-level support for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Document issues and resolutions in the service management system for future reference.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees on IT systems.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in IT support or service deskrole
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, knowledge of ITIL practices is a plus
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-oriented mindset
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
