Description - Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, potential risks, and travel advisories.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and travel suppliers.
- Prepare and present travel itineraries that match client preferences and budgets.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Travel and Tourism or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in a travel agency or related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in travel booking software and online reservation systems.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Working Conditions: May require occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate client schedules.
