Key Responsibilities - Assist Chinese technical staff in quantity take-off and cost estimation
- Support preparation and submission of progress billing applications to the employer
- Assist in the preparation and submission of variation orders (VO) and related claims
- Work closely with the Contract Engineer on contract administration and documentation
- Perform quantity measurement and calculations based on project drawings
- Support cost monitoring and project evaluation for road and bridge works
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in construction or Quantity Surveying rolesProven experience in road and bridge engineering projects
- Strong ability to read construction drawings and perform quantity take-offs independently
- Experience working on projects under the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is preferred
- Knowledge of DPWH Standard Specifications for Highways, Bridges and Airports (2013 Edition)
- Familiar with the 2016 Revised IRR of Republic Act No. 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act)
- Experience in preparing progress billing, variation orders, and contract-based claims documentation
