Warehouse Manager

- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect goods for damages or defects.
- Organize and maintain inventory records, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Properly store materials in designated locations to ensure efficient retrieval.
- Retrieve, pack, and prepare items for shipping or internal use according to company procedures.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring safe handling of goods.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Check product quality and report any discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to comply with safety standards.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment handling.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (typically up to 50 lbs or more).
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking.
- Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).
- Ability to accurately count, inspect, and track inventory.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and compliance with company policies.
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Basic verbal and written communication for reporting inventory issues and coordinating with team members.
- A drivers license would be advantage
- Preferably a resident or near in Binangonan, Rizal
