About the Role
A privately held direct lender specializing in short-term, asset-backed bridge loans for real estate investors is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting and Administrative Support Specialist to join its remote team. This is a hybrid role that blends accounting support with executive and operational assistance, making it an excellent fit for a CPA or accounting professional who enjoys variety and is comfortable stepping outside the ledger when the team needs it.
The firm operates with a small, close-knit team. The person in this role will support the principals directly, interfacing with investors, coordinating loan file documentation, and keeping the financial records organized and current.
This is a role that requires both precision and adaptability — you may spend the morning on QuickBooks reconciliations and the afternoon drafting a response to an investor inquiry or coordinating a travel itinerary.
This role involves data entry, tracking, coordination, and reporting only. It does not include ACH or wire authorization, bank runs, or physical document handling of any kind.
