Right now, a lot lands on the founder's plate—social posting, DMs, creator outreach, customer tickets, sales admin, trackers, launches, and a steady stream of 'can someone please handle this?' projects. This role blends growth assistant, executive assistant, marketing coordinator, and operations generalist into one. You'll join weekly team meetings, understand the priorities, and then help quarterback and execute whatever needs to get done—using AI tools heavily to move faster. This isn't a narrow, check-the-box job: if you see something that needs doing, you'll figure it out and make sure it actually gets finished. And if you're great, there's a ton of room to take ownership of bigger areas of the business as the brand scales.

Must-Haves:

• ⚡ High-Agency & Proactive – You spot what needs to be done and figure it out without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
• Adaptable Generalist – Comfortable switching between marketing, admin, customer support, and operations in the same day.
• Digitally Native & Social-Savvy – You understand Instagram, TikTok, creator culture, and what makes content land.
• AI-Enthusiast – Excited to use tools like ChatGPT, Higgsfield, and Canva heavily in your daily workflow.
• ✍ Excellent Written English – Clear, on-brand, and personable in DMs, emails, captions, and customer replies.
• Highly Organized – You keep trackers, spreadsheets, and project boards clean and up to date.
• Fast Learner – Comfortable picking up new software and systems quickly.
• Relevant Experience – Background in marketing, social media, eCommerce, executive/virtual assistance, or operations support.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Consumer / CPG or DTC Experience (Bonus) – Experience with a food, beverage, or consumer brand is a plus.
• Influencer or Affiliate Program Experience (Bonus) – Prior creator outreach or affiliate management is an advantage.
• Shopify & Support Tools (Bonus) – Familiarity with Shopify or customer support ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities of the Marketing & Operations Assistant:

Your responsibilities include:

• Social Media & Content Creation

• Manage and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels
• Create content and brand assets using AI tools like Higgsfield, ChatGPT, and Canva
• Keep a consistent posting cadence and stay on top of trends worth jumping on
• Research competitors and trends to bring fresh content ideas to the team

• Creator & Influencer Outreach

• Research and identify creators, influencers, and affiliates that fit the brand
• Handle outreach, follow-ups, and ongoing communication with creators
• Coordinate product samples and track creator partnerships and deliverables

• Community & Customer Support

• Respond to DMs, comments, creator messages, and inbound opportunities
• Manage and resolve customer support tickets promptly and on-brand
• Flag recurring customer issues and feedback to the team

• Sales & Growth Support

• Support the Head of Sales with lead lists, follow-ups, presentations, data, and admin work
• Research retailers, affiliates, and new growth opportunities
• Help prepare sales materials and keep pipelines organized

• Operations, Admin & Reporting

• Update spreadsheets, trackers, and project management tools
• Prepare simple reports so the team can see what's working
• Keep files, systems, and processes organized as the business grows

• Launches, Projects & Founder Support

• Participate in weekly team meetings, understand priorities, and help drive execution
• Help coordinate product launches, promotions, samples, and partnerships
• Take tasks and random projects off the founder's plate and make sure they actually get finished
• Grow into ownership of bigger areas of the business over time

• Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time to support the team and company objectives
