- Build and maintain client relationships
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver results
- Prepare reports and update clients on progress
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required, but internships or related projects are a plus.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in negotiation and sales support, excellent communication skills, and ability to build relationships.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage client accounts, support sales initiatives, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with occasional travel for client meetings.
