* Oversees all aspects of the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. This includes preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
* Provides strategic financial guidance to senior management on key business decisions, such as mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and risk management. This involves analyzing financial data to identify trends, assess risks, and develop strategies to improve financial performance.
* Manages the company's accounting and finance team, including hiring, training, and supervising staff. This includes ensuring that all accounting functions are performed accurately and efficiently, and that the team meets all deadlines and performance targets.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is highly preferred.
* Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are highly valued.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a senior financial role, with a proven track record of success in financial management and analysis.
