- Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and upselling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

- Track and analyze account performance metrics.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Minimum 1-3 years in account management or client relations.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage client accounts, ensure satisfaction, and develop strategies to grow business.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional travel for client meetings.
