Ideal Attributes
- A college degree or higher is an advantage
- Experience across both clinical and aesthetic management is a plus
- A natural leader — calm, grounded, and collaborative
- Organized and intuitive
- Adept at operations, scheduling, and ensuring a seamless patient experience
- Reliable, proactive, innovative and and sound in judgment
- Warm in presence, refined in manner
