Job description:
In-charge of multiple stores throughout a large physical area. Area Managers determine the operational practices of all stores in the area, making sure each runs smoothly, cleanly, complies with company standards and meets budget and sales goals.
- Overseeing salespeople, Store Supervisors, Cashiers, Inventory Clerks, and other employees.
- Setting sales targets ·
- Maximizing sales and profitability ·
- Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment ·
- Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service ·
- Driving team performance ·
- Inventory Management
- Controlling the training and development of your staff
