Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must meet one (1) of the following criteria sets:
Option A (Travel BPO Pathway) – ₱25,000 Salary Tier:
- Experience: At least 6 months of solid Travel Call Center Experience (CCE) .
- Education: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School (SHS) Graduate.
- Language Proficiency: B1 (CEFR) English Proficiency (Clear, conversational communication skills).
Option B (GDS Expert Pathway) – Up to ₱45,000 Salary Tier:
- Experience: At least 12 months of solid GDS (Global Distribution System) experience (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Education: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School (SHS) Graduate.
- Language Proficiency: B2 (CEFR) English Proficiency (Strong, confident conversational flow and advanced vocabulary).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle specialized financial inquiries, billing, or transaction support that intersects with client accounts.
- Utilize advanced communication skills to navigate complex customer scenarios smoothly.
- Maintain top-tier security compliance and data privacy standards for all transactions.
