Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
- College undergraduates and graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- With or without BPO experience – fresh graduates are welcome!
- Strong English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite at Concentrix Taguig
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
As a Customer Service Representative , you will:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide solutions to billing, product, or technical concerns
- Ensure top-quality service and customer satisfaction while representing global clients
- Collaborate with teammates and leaders in a supportive environment
