Executive Assistant To Ceo

- Manage internal operations and maintain clear communication with external partners.
- Conduct data analysis and compile detailed reports to support business decisions.
- Align internal activities with company strategy and objectives.
- Create and manage professional documents, including presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
- Support workflow management using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A recent graduate or holds a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English , with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Experienced in data analysis, process coordination, and project tracking.
- Preferably with study-abroad experience or internship(s) at large or international firms.
