Role overview–As an Associate Dentist at GAOC, you will:
● Provide comprehensive dental care including preventive, restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and minor oral surgery procedures appropriate to your scope.
● Diagnose dental conditions and develop individualized treatment plans with clear patient communication.
● Collaborate with specialists and support staff to ensure seamless patient journeys and high-quality outcomes.
● Participate in training sessions, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
● Contribute to community outreach and patient education programs when possible.
Who we’re looking for
● Licensed Dentist in the Philippines, with a current PRC license.
● Strong clinical foundation and a growth mindset.
● Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
● Team-oriented and committed to delivering ethical, evidence-based care.
● Experience is desirable, but new graduates with strong potential are welcome.
