Description - Provide direct patient care and support pursuant to established nursing protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on patient needs.
- Educate patients and their families about disease management and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of nursing experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong medical knowledge, First-Aid certification, and proficiency in PHRN (Public Health Registered Nurse) practices, and with Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP)
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, compassion, and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
