About the Internship Lucid Strategies is looking for motivated individuals who want to start a career in Virtual Assistance. This internship is designed for beginners who are eager to gain practical, hands-on experience in administrative support, CRM management, and lead generation. Please note: This is an unpaid internship created for learning and skill development. Interns will receive mentorship, real-world experience, and a Certificate of Completion upon successfully finishing the program. Outstanding interns may be considered for future opportunities to join the Lucid Strategies team and work directly with our CEO. What You'll Learn Lead Generation and Prospect Research Calendar Management Email Management CRM Operations (HubSpot and other CRM platforms) Data Entry and Database Management Internet Research Business Communication Administrative Support Basic Project and Task Management Professional Remote Work Best Practices Responsibilities Research and build prospect lists Update and maintain CRM records Assist with calendar scheduling and email organization Perform data entry and database cleanup Support administrative and operational tasks Participate in training sessions and team meetings Complete assigned learning activities and practice exercises Qualifications No prior Virtual Assistant experience required Willingness to learn and receive feedback Strong attention to detail Good written and verbal English communication skills Organized and dependable Positive attitude and strong work ethic Requirements Laptop or desktop computer Stable internet connection Headset with microphone Quiet workspace Commitment to attend scheduled training sessions What You'll Gain Hands-on experience working on real business tasks Mentorship from experienced professionals Exposure to industry-standard tools and workflows Certificate of Completion Opportunity to be considered for future paid roles based on performance
