Assistant General Manager (Swine Operation)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the VP for Operations in the overall management of swine farm operations
- Monitor daily farm activities to ensure compliance with company standards and operating procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Implement and enforce strict biosecurity protocols.
- Supervise farm managers, supervisors, and farm workers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in a piggery operation
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Willing to stay-in and travel between farm locations
