Virtual Assistant (On-site)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (On-site)—preferably with experience in e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling administrative, operational, and e-commerce–related tasks to support daily business activities. Although the role is performed on-site, responsibilities involve supporting tasks commonly handled by remote VAs such as store operations, product data management, and customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and teams
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments
• Handle email inboxes, respond to inquiries, and draft communication
• Assist with e-commerce tasks such as:
o Updating product listings
o Managing product catalog data
o Monitoring inventory status and coordinating updates
o Uploading images, descriptions, and pricing
• Support order processing and coordinate with internal teams
• Perform data entry, document organization, and file management
• Help prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic analytics
• Assist with social media posting or simple content updates (as assigned)
• Conduct online research and prepare summaries
• Handle on-site office tasks such as printing, scanning, and logistics coordination
Qualifications:
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role
• E-commerce experience is highly preferred (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, WooCommerce, Amazon, or similar platforms)
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and productivity tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• must be amenable to work in Santa Rosa Office located at Unit 2LS7 Paseo Greenfield 3A Buliding, Santa Rosa City, Laguna (upper level of Giordano Store)
Working Hours: UK Time Zone or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Manila Time
