Build strong candidate pipelines, develop lasting relationships, and achieve recruitment targets while earning uncapped commission.

Location: Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga Work Setup: Onsite Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Employment: Full-Time
Salary: PHP 35,000–42,000 + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Do

• Candidate Sourcing & Marketing: Source and attract candidates through targeted campaigns, job boards, social media, company websites, and email marketing. Build candidate networks and generate referrals.
• Candidate Screening & Quality Assurance: Conduct interviews, reference checks, background verification, and qualification validation. Assess candidate skills, experience, motivations, and potential risks.
• Candidate Placement & Aftercare: Ensure candidates meet job requirements before presentation, maintain accurate candidate profiles and ATS records, coordinate onboarding and payroll readiness, and support candidate engagement and retention.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and Shared Services teams; provide daily recruitment updates; and submit qualified candidates for reverse marketing initiatives.
• Systems, Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data, follow company policies and quality standards, and complete weekly success tracking reports.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and candidate engagement abilities.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working toward performance targets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical recruitment practices.
• Ability to confidently communicate opportunities and build rapport with candidates.
• Willingness to learn and develop recruitment and talent sourcing skills.

Preferred / Advantage

• Sales experience, particularly in a target-driven environment.
• Background in business development, account management, customer service, or other relationship-focused roles.
• Experience with Vincere or similar applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Technical Skills & Software

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Working proficiency required; Vincere or similar systems preferred.
• Candidate Sourcing Platforms: Experience using job boards and recruitment channels.
• Facebook and LinkedIn: Experience managing recruitment advertising campaigns.
• Email Marketing / EDMs: Familiarity with candidate marketing campaigns.
• Recruitment Database Management: Accurate candidate data entry, position coding, and candidate profile management.
• Recruitment Reporting: Ability to prepare and submit weekly success tracking reports.
