About the role
An Australian healthcare business that runs medical clinics is looking for a Cold Caller and Lead Generation specialist to join their team. You’ll work from home, calling General Practitioners at medical clinics, introducing the brand and what the clinics offer, and turning cold calls into warm leads for the Australian team to follow up. This is a part-time trial with the chance to move to full-time.Hours (Philippine time)
3 days per week, about 7 hours per day, on a day shift starting around 8 AM Manila time (11 AM Sydney time). Days are flexible, but no Mondays.What you’ll do
Generate leads for the client by reaching out to doctors, and support LinkedIn searches and online outreach as the role grows
Make outbound calls to General Practitioners using call lists provided by the client
Get past reception politely and persistently to reach the doctor
Handle objections and keep the doctor engaged
Turn cold calls into warm leads and hand them over for closing
Send follow-up emails to doctors after your calls
Log every call, with contact details and notes, in JobAdder (full training on the system is provided)
Work to the KPIs set by the client
Required
Based in the Philippines and able to work the hours above
Cold calling, outbound sales or call center experience
Excellent spoken English and a warm, friendly phone manner
Tenacious, thick-skinned and comfortable being told no
Ability to overcome objections and think on your feet
Lead generation experience
Good written English for follow-up emails
Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office, including Outlook
Comfortable with data entry and willing to learn JobAdder
Own laptop or desktop, a headset, stable internet and a quiet space for calls
Nice to have
JobAdder or similar CRM experience
LinkedIn or social media lead generation experience
Medical or healthcare experience (a plus, not required)
