Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify, qualify, and nurture new leads through online research, direct outreach, and digital channels. Responsibilities include building and maintaining lead databases, conducting initial contact via email, phone, and social media, and coordinating with the sales team to hand off qualified opportunities. The role involves tracking lead activities in CRM tools, preparing basic reports on lead performance, and contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies in the sustainable energy market. Collaboration with marketing and sales colleagues to refine messaging and target segments is also an important part of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to generate and manage new leads, with experience in lead generation processes and tools.
• Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with prospective clients and internal teams.
• Basic sales skills, with the ability to qualify prospects, understand customer needs, and support the sales pipeline.
• Proficient research skills to identify target markets, decision-makers, and relevant contact information.
• Comfort with remote work, including reliable internet access and effective time management.
• Familiarity with CRM or lead management systems and common office productivity tools.
• Interest in sustainable energy, solar technology, or related industries; prior experience in renewable energy or B2B sales is an advantage.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
