- Location: Onsite at 16th Floor, Central Bloc, Cebu IT Park
- Work Shift: US Business Hours (Weekends Off)
- Salary: Up to ₱68,000 package (open for negotiation)
- Start Date: ASAP
- We are looking for a Process Excellence Consultant to join our healthcare account. This role focuses on process improvement, quality management, and efficiency optimization in a non-voice BPO setting. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in healthcare (US benefits) and is skilled in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Lead and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective and preventive actions .
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve operational performance.
- Apply Lean methodologies and quality concepts to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide training and guidance on process optimization and best practices .

- Education: College Graduate only (required).
- Experience: At least 3 years in process improvement and quality within a BPO/Call Center healthcare account (US benefits) or a similar environment.
- Preferred: Six Sigma methodologies/certifications .
