Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to help improve processes, drive operational efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze operational processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Support workflow optimization and SOP development
• Conduct root cause analysis and track improvement initiatives
• Monitor operational KPIs and performance trends
• Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and fleet teams
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, IE or any related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in process improvement, operations, or logistics is an advantage
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
