CALL CENTER WORK Description
- Assist healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Help patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 6 Months –2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Able to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
