- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing expert product/service recommendations, and closing sales to drive business growth. You will build strong client relationships, maintain a thorough knowledge of our offerings, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Personal Attributes:
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (if required for travel).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends (if necessary).
