About the role
The Drop Point Supervisor is the front person in Drop Points. Perform various administrative duties including report preparation, monitoring of pick-up packages, inventory and maintenance of office machines and J & T Express branches. He set daily goals in compliance with J & T Express plans of performance and deadlines, and communicates the same to the Admin staff and Sprinters.
Key responsibilities
Inspects the CCTV every day to ensure that it is online and perfectly working
Monitors the attendance of all Drop Point employees, which includes absences, tardiness, and leaves
Reports to area HR the employee location AWOL or resignations
Devises ways to speed up operations in Drop Point
Motivate/Coach employees
Coordinates the collaboration of each personnel in Drop Point
Does regular weekly meeting for resolving problems such as pending VIP and Shopee pick-up
Regularly does the Drop Point situation report for submission to the Area Manager
Maintains good relationship with clients and VIP accounts
Organizes daily workflow and ensure that Branch Admins and Sprinters understand their duties/tasks
About you
Graduate of any 4-year course
With at least 3 years experience in related field
Strong background in Logistics Operations or E-Commerce
Good computer skills and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
Healthy and physically active
Great attention to detail
Can supervise a team of at least 10 personnel
