Location : Mandaue, Cebu
Key responsibilities
Coordinate incoming raw material deliveries, receiving activities, and storage requirements with the Inbound Planner.
Receive, inspect, and verify raw material deliveries against supporting documents, quality standards, and weighbridge records.
Ensure proper unloading, storage, handling, and stock rotation of raw materials in accordance with FIFO/FEFO and Good Warehousing Practices.
Monitor warehouse conditions, inventory status, and material quality; report non-conforming, slow-moving, and non-moving stocks.
Maintain accurate documentation, SAP transactions, and records of all receiving, issuance, transfer, and inventory movements.
Conduct daily inventory checks and assist in month-end inventory activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
Prepare and update inventory reports, warehouse records, and locator maps as required.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, sanitation, pest control, and housekeeping standards.
Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in daily warehouse operations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee the disposition of surplus, scrap, and used materials, and monitor fuel consumption of warehouse equipment.
About you
College graduate.
At least one (1) year of work experience in warehouse or related operations.
Detail-oriented and proficient in computer applications and SAP.
Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and dispatch of finished goods.
Willing to work on shifting schedules.
