Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

- Oversee daily operations in the warehouse, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure accurate and timely shipping and delivery of products.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular audits and stock checks.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and suppliers for transportation and delivery schedules.
- Implement and enforce safety and quality standards.
- Train and manage warehouse staff to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor and improve workflow and operational processes.
- Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management or supervision.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field (preferred).
- Physical stamina to oversee warehouse operations when required.
