Maintenance Worker

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests during on-call hours, including emergencies.
- Perform repairs and general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting.
- Conduct inspections to identify and address issues in buildings, facilities, or equipment.
- Replace or repair damaged components such as doors, windows, fixtures, or appliances.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of work areas after completing tasks.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in maintenance-related fields is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in building or facilities maintenance; versatility in multiple trades is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects or equipment.
