We are seeking a reliable and skilled Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, including demolition, site preparation, building, and ensuring safety standards are followed:
- Assist in building structures such as buildings, roads, and bridges
- Operate construction equipment and machinery safely
- Load and unload materials
- Follow blueprints and instructions from supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Adhere to all safety regulations and standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction preferred
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina and strength
