Maintenance Staff

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Roof leaks and gutter cleaning
2. Plumbing repairs (clogged pipes, replacing toilets, faucets & fixing leaks)
3. Water tank cleaning
4. Basic electrical works (installing or replacing lights, outlets, switches)
Additional skills we value:
1. Masonry (tiling, CHB partitions)
2. Carpentry (installing or repairing ceiling/drywalls, dismantling and assembling cabinets)
3. Waterproofing
Qualifications :
1. Experience in general building maintenance or construction work.
2. Ability to troubleshoot and solve common repair issues independently
3. Flexible, hardworking, and a team player
