Maintenance Staff

- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical components.
- Install and replace electrical fixtures, outlets, and circuit breakers.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff or contractors for complex repairs.
- Respond to emergency electrical issues and power failures.
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training preferred).
- Certification or license as an electrician (varies by region).
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to use hand tools and testing equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.
