Research and Development Supervisor

- Oversee research and development projects of seasoning and flavors from conception to completion.
- Manage and mentor a team of researchers and developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with market needs.
- Analyze research data and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Science, or Technology)
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in research and product development from food manufacturing
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
