Customer Service Representative – Retail Account Onsite | Up to ₱27,000/month | Full-time | Fresh Graduates Welcome
ROLE SUMMARY
Provide support to customers regarding retail products, orders, deliveries, returns, and account-related concerns while delivering a positive customer experience.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services
- Assist with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and account concerns
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
- Maintain quality customer service in every interaction
- Document customer concerns and transactions accurately
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate
- College undergraduates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Applicants with or without BPO/call center experience are welcome
- Good communication skills
- Currently residing within Metro Manila
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
