Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice Account)

Job Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice Account) to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support through chat and email while ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries. You will assist customers with account-related concerns, order updates, product information, and issue resolution while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions. Process customer requests, account updates, and service-related transactions. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary. Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. Follow company policies, processes, and data privacy standards. Qualifications: At least a Senior High School or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), depending on account requirements. Excellent written English communication skills. Strong typing and computer navigation skills. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities. Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays. Willing to work onsite.
