Retail Officer - Panay

What is this role about?
This role will contribute to the achievement of the company's volume and margin targets, by facilitating the end-to-end acquisition and management of non-SEAOIL retail stations (white stations) and fuel distributor accounts through exclusive fuel and lubricants supply/inventory arrangements within a specified geographical area.
What will YOU do?
- Source leads for non-SEAOIL stations and fuel distributors, and facilitate sales presentations and negotiations with potential customers
- Monitor competitors' market activities and recommend potential courses of action, to maximize opportunities to acquire new accounts or grow existing customers
- Review customers' documents in consultation with internal stakeholders, and perform ocular/site inspections and internal assessment to determine volume and margin potential/opportunities, as needed
- Facilitate signing of Supply Agreements/Contracts, including documents required for the approval of applicable credit terms, and facilitate customers' enrollment in all relevant databases/dashboards and systems, in coordination with internal stakeholders, if applicable
- Offer proposals to customers based on pricing arrangements approved by Management and its authorized representatives
- Solicit orders from existing customers and coordinate with internal stakeholders for its timely and accurate delivery/fulfillment
- Coordinate with existing customers to ensure timely and complete payment remittance for delivered products
- Maintain regular communication with customers to address concerns on delivery procedures, necessary price adjustments, credit lines, and future product purchases
What will YOU need?
- At least three years of relevant work experience in sales, petroleum (fuels and lubricants), or retail
- With driver's license (can drive an M/T vehicle)
- Must have a network of prospect accounts/customers
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and selling skills
- Must have basic understanding of financial statements, market intelligence (environmental scanning), and business casing (feasibility studies)
- Background in sales pipeline management (including maintaining and updating a database of leads) is an advantage
- Must be from and familiar within Panay Islands
