We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about providing excellent service through chat and online communication platforms. If you enjoy helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you. Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat and messaging platforms
- Assist customers with concerns, account inquiries, and basic troubleshooting
- Provide accurate, clear, and professional responses
- Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction
- Must be a College Graduate / Associate / Vocational (2-year course) Graduate
- With at least 6 months customer-facing or BPO experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
