Retail Account Customer Service Associate

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Retail International Voice Account . The successful candidate will assist international customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, processing requests, and providing a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound voice calls from international retail customers.
- Assist customers with product, order, account, billing, and service-related concerns.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity targets .
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
- At least 6 months of customer-facing experience
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable handling voice interactions with international customers
- Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- BPO/customer service experience is an advantage
