Technical Training Specialist

Position Summary
The Technical Training Specialist is responsible for
developing technical documentation, preparing training materials, conducting
technical training, and administering certification programs for the company's
products and services. The position works closely with the R&D Team,
Technical Support Team, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure technical
information is accurate, standardized, and effectively delivered to employees,
partners, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and update repair manuals, troubleshooting guides, installation manuals, preventive maintenance manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical work instructions, and other technical documentation.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain official service manuals, repair procedures, troubleshooting guides, technical bulletins, firmware updates, and other technical references required for documentation and training.
- Work closely with the R&D Team to obtain engineering documentation, product specifications, design updates, validation results, and technical information required for technical manuals and training materials.
- Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to document repair procedures, troubleshooting methods, best practices, and recurring technical issues for inclusion in manuals and training programs.
- Develop presentations, learning modules, practical exercises, demonstration materials, and other training resources for internal and external technical training.
- Conduct internal technical training for employees and external training for dealers, distributors, partners, educational institutions, and customers.
- Develop and administer written examinations, practical assessments, competency evaluations, and technician certification programs.
- Maintain and update the company's technical knowledge base, training materials, documentation revisions, and digital learning resources.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements to documentation, training materials, and certification programs.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Technical Training OIC or Technical Head.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in technical training, technical documentation, technical support, engineering, product training, or a related technical field.
- Experience in developing technicalmanuals, troubleshooting guides, SOPs, work instructions, training materials, or other technical documentation is preferred.
- With experience or demonstrated ability in conducting technical training, product demonstrations, or skills-based training.
- Good understanding of technical concepts, troubleshooting procedures, product specifications, and maintenance practices.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills, with keen attention to accuracy, consistency, and detail.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant technical certifications or training certifications are an advantage but not required.
- Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
