Training and Development Specialist

- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, or performance reviews.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions in various formats.
- Monitor training budgets and prepare reports for management.
- Maintain and update training records, materials, and learning management systems (LMS).
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience Level: At least 2-3 years of experience in learning and development or a related HR role.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills,
- Strong organizational and project management abilities,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS platforms,
- Experience in e-learning design and tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, etc.) is an advantage.
