Technical Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports communication between the site and the support team regarding operations
- Oversee BOQ accuracy and analyze cost variations and implications
- Manage scope changes in relation to the BOQ
- Documents and records scope deviations and quantity changes
- Maintains record of work progress, executed quantities, and billings
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- At least one (1) year of experience with estimating/quantity surveying in construction
with experience in field operations
- Basic knowledge of/skills in MS Office
- Basic knowledge of/skills in Environment, Health, and Safety Standards and Procedures in
the construction industry
- Basic knowledge in cost management including planning, estimating, and accounts
- Intermediate knowledge of/skills in estimating principles and practices, cost analysis
- Basic knowledge of/skills in contracts management
- Basic knowledge of/skills in SAP Systems
- Knowledge of/skills in scheduling software (e.g. Primavera, MS Project) -an advantage
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems -an advantage
- Strong understanding of change management, variation orders, and claims procedures
- Basic communication and stakeholder management skills
