Description - Lead and manage technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability of systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and ensure data integrity and security.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in a technical management role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong proficiency in Project Management and IT Strategy
- Skills and Competencies: Expertise in IT Infrastructure and Data Management
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Knowledgeable in IT Security and IT Governance
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with Network Architecture and System Integration
