Description - Design and deliver effective sales training programs to enhance team performance.
- Evaluate the needs of the sales team and tailor training content accordingly.
- Conduct regular workshops and training sessions on sales strategies and best practices.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales management to identify gaps in knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in sales training or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to develop engaging training materials.
- Qualities and Traits: Passionate about sales and team development.
- Working Conditions: May involve travel for training sessions and sales events.
